We handle all kinds of services for IT infrastructure projects from the planning, Implementation, and the support services after the completion of the project like Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Facility Management Services, etc.
When starting a new project, we always learn about the mission and vision of the client, as well as the facility they are planning to construct. So that we can provide proper consultation and provide an entire picture of the latest technologies that we can integrate to achieve the goal set by the client. We also care about the scalability of the infrastructure to ensure future upgrades will not cause any downtime or interruptions to the business - even in times of expansion. And we also set a phase-by-phase implementation schedule if it is required by the client. The planning documentation includes commercial and technical proposals, layouts, diagrams, and estimates of the devices and components to be procured so that the client can get an accurate sense of the project and allocate funds appropriately.
We have a vast resource pool to support the client for post-implementation tasks like AMC and Facility Management. With AMC, we monitor the infrastructure frequently according to the contract and provide support according to tickets. Where technical resources are inadequate or limited, we offer facility management services to our clients. Facilities management involves providing and managing our technical resources to run our clients' IT infrastructure.
